Breakfast was excellent and very well presented. The Bavarian choice as we entered the restaurant was a great idea. Outstandingly all your staff are fantastic.

Very very very kind staff (honestly very kind and not only artificial kindness), plus they did attention to the smallest details and service! This is how the service should be at all 5 stars hotels! (unfortunately often not the case…)

I can’t say enough about our short 2 night stay at MO! The staff was absolutely incredible and made the stay for us amazing. From jennifer the front desk manager (who couldn’t have been more accommodating and thoughtful) to marinella at the front desk who gave my 2.5 year old son toys and puzzles to Sebastian at the front desk who although was an intern was incredible - each with their attention to detail and to our well being was very evident with every encounter. They even set up a surprise in our room for our 2.5yo with a play tent for him. Alexander at the front door and the entire bell staff were so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough. The breakfast was also excellent and extensive which was included for us. The food and drinks in the lobby living room with the piano were excellent. We will definitely come back here for our next stay in Munich. We LOVED IT thanks to the hotel and staff.

Google The room was excellent with great veiw. We got the room on 7th floor. Free mini bar! Doorman service was great. Excellent japanise restaurant! Excellent breakfast and service! All problems have been resolved very quicky - but with the improvment of the service, there should be no such problems. Front desk service was good, but made mistakes. Was promised free late check out until 4 p.m. But evening before check out when i made double check, front desk said to me that it it is untill 2 p.m. After i insist that it was promised until 4, they changed it untill 4. Still next day they called to my room and said it is until 2, only after i repeated that it was agreed until 4, they finally changed it until 4. Not a big deal, but still: shouldn't happen in 5 star hotel..
